Anybody picking up a bad signal around the Sutton area? I like on Bold estate and the signal is awfull. Was fine about 2 hours ago but could hardly watch the Footie just.
Just wondering wether its a area thing.

I have had problems with the sky planner and was passed from customer support to repairs as I have a warranty and repairs said that I should have been told it was a broadcasting issue and not a product fault. Wasn't showing any synopsis of programmes and slow scrolling. This was particularly affecting Samsung boxes. Don't know if there's a connection. This was about Tuesday. Seems resolved now but lost recordings on hard drive.

This may seem like a strange question , but I've just had a call from Sky telling me that my warranty had expired.
Being the cynical old git that I am, I just wondered.
When are your boxes out of warranty?
