Someone said it earlier, and I agree; let him have a few weeks in Oz, then recruit him as a "coaching consultant" for the rest of the season. Mike Rush and King Keiron remain the de facto coaching team, and retain veto over Brown's ideas, but Brown can start shaping the team towards the way he would like them to play next season.
