They both are very average props, Bibey especially, who have generally been lucky to be part of a team that they were/are in, again Bibey especially.

However, Bailey tends to get shouted about by rival fans for his ability at throwing his toys out of the pram and acting like 'Billy big boll*cks', and is held in high regards by Leeds fans, somewhat as a cult hero it seems. Probably by letting his Billy big boll*cks attitude make up for his lack of rugby league ability.

It may not sound like fear to you, but which of those guests has actually matched their brave words with deeds on the pitch, i.e. by going toe to toe with Bailey?

They tried to, but 2 Leeds players got there first...

Can I just say that everyone is entitled to their opinion and thats fine by me but Bailey has been in the Leeds first team for 9 seasons playing in 5 GF's, 4 WCC's, 1 CC final + 4 GB caps (despite what you think), Powell, Smith, McLennan & Noble all decided he was fit for purpose and are not short on success between them.

Bibey....How many clubs in how many years?, how many games did he play for Wigan & Saints?, lucky to be in the right place at the right time I would say.

Bailey is not average he is a good SL prop, if you find any Leeds fan calling him world class (which I have not) then they are trolling.

The only cult following Bailey has is from opposition fans who are obsessed with him.

Last Saturday would be a good example when he got in a bit of a paddy when he got the penalty awarded against him and decided to throw a water bottle as hard as he could towards the side line, despite there being a water carrier 2 metres away from him.

Billy big boll*cks, giving it the "im ard bruv init", crap all the time and dishing out cheap shots on smaller players.

Even if true, they've at best made a single, half-hearted effort between them. I can think of many hard players over the years who wouldn't have bad-mouthed him from the safety of a home supporters forum but would have just gone and whacked him on the field.

Throwing a water bottle to the side line....Hardly in the same bracket as the entire Saints squad refusing to see Leeds collect the SL trophy after a very hard fought GF.


Who does he actually say "I'm hard" to? & when?, Bailey could learn a thing or two about cheap shots from the likes of Hooper, Nickle, Sculthorpe but I'm sure you regard those in a different manner.
