Fog lamps in the rain NO NO NO NO....they just dazzle other road users....called FOG lamps for a reason ya know ![]()
Fog Lamps can be used where visibility is less than 100m in front.
Rule 226
You MUST use headlights when visibility is seriously reduced, generally when you cannot see for more than 100 metres (328 feet). You may also use front or rear fog lights but you MUST switch them off when visibility improves (see Rule 236).

You MUST NOT use front or rear fog lights unless visibility is seriously reduced (see Rule 226) as they dazzle other road users and can obscure your brake lights. You MUST switch them off when visibility improves.

Does anybody know if the damaged panels have been removed and a temporary repair carried. Passed Tesco's this afternoon and could,t see any damage on that corner.

There was a scoffolding guard rail type thing on there the other night, so the repair may well have been completed if it's gone. |

there is a guard rail fitted round the roof and netting attached, they started the repair Monday, the new roof sheeting arrived while I was there this morning, all the silver cladding in that area has had a good looking at this morning as well, the repair area extends further than what damage can be seen.
