Quote: A unknown superstar "What was your thoughts on Hull tonight Saddened? What did you think about our defence, agression,Lauaki etc?'"

I thought you were superb. I've always had a soft sport for Hull due to the passion the fans bring, even when they were far from successful. It just strikes me as a superbly run club, brilliant facilities and now a team that looks worthy of the fans they have.

I thought your pack was always going to be better than ours. So many big forwards, so much aggression, you've always had that. The discipline was tremendous and Lauaki's performance was outstanding. I think Hull's recruitment has been incredible this season. You have bedded some tremendous prospects in with several top quality players and then added a couple of very experienced old heads to guide them. It's a very well balanced team that has so much power but also has the pace and guile to not have to rely on brute force.

I would change your backs for ours in a heartbeat.

thanks for that our club off the park are second to none - I have been a critic of agar and its only the first game but hopefully he will continue to prove me wrong.

Thanks for the honest post, and thought you may have a soft spot for Hull as you do seem to praise us quite abit. Only thing I would disagree with though is when you said we've always had agression. Imo we haven't had it for a good few years now. Hame really impressed me with his display tonight loved it when he put Pryce on his and went on his fantastic 50m run (or whatever is was).
You know you've played well when you make the home crowd boo their own players.

Quote: Saint #1 "A Hull victory for me, 16-22. Saints never start the season well IMO, and Hulls' pack will push us wide, something we can't do to much success due to our lack of pace.'"

Most of it was spot on, although I was obviously too optimistic. icon_lol.gif
