| Saints defence was spot on (under the circumstances) so was wigans infact, we both stood tall and proud and defended with grit and determination.
well done to both teams for efforts in dfence and attack really.

Dwarfs, Gnomes, Halflings/GNOME2.JPG The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.

| The only time our defence was creaking was when the Goons had a good 5min spell from some good quick play the balls which got momentum and broke our defensive line, which for us mean,t a scrambling defence
I thought the effort from our pack was excellent, pity we didn,t get fat feka to run around a bit more, his transition to a fat piece of lard would have been all the more quicker.

| Our defence was good, we held them out which is what mattered.
I thought Wigan's defence was fantastic all night to be honest.

| Both defences where brilliant last night, both teams missed tackles and both teams scrambled well.
One thing that did annoy me about last nights game, and to be honest has annoyed me most of the time I have seen Wigan this season, was how much they slow the PTB down, constantly lying on and just general messing around that area and they never get penalised for it

| Our defence was excellent last night as was Wigan's. Mick Potter hailed it as the best defensive effort this season considering the conditions.

| Wigan's d was good, but it was helped massively by the fact the referee was so insistant on allowing anything at the play the ball. We got no roll on at all despite winning a lot of the collision. A stronger ref would have had them on the back foot.
