I believe handrags was a name given to Saints by Pilks Recs. who were then the dominant team in St. Helens

hence my username! my old man always called Saints the handrags.

I think "The Saints" is fine. We are introduced as the St. Helens Saints at a lot of away grounds.

I think we need a better catch line rather than "It's your team". I think we should be called "Britains Team" or "THE Superleague Club" or even "The Entertainers".

Like how the Dallas cowboys were called "Americas Team" it was a great marketing tool and miffed every other team in the NFL off.

Surely that is what we really need.
