| Well it's on at last Leigh Miners Rangers -v- ORL this saturday, but who will come out on top of this one ?? 
Leigh Miners Rangers will be up for it now big time, it will be a very hard match for ORL and we may now not win this one. 
Well for me i going to say ORL by 4, and they will know they have been in a match.

I think the first 15 will be crucial. Leigh Miners will be fired up, as probably will be the fans. Oxford need to take the sting out of the game quickly. I suspect a tough day lies ahead, though having only seen two NCL games am no expert. Treat them with respect and I think a win is possible. Amble up there thinking "they are only amateurs" and we are in trouble. Hopefully there's enough knowledge of the amateur game in the squad to avoid complacency.
Here's hoping for a good game after the off field nonsense. See you there folks.

Not sure I need to.....
In all seriousness I think today was a defining day in the history of Oxford RL. As an ex Prescot Panthers fan I'm well aware teams vanish occasionally. I can only hope the response is positive. Southern RL is in a mess at the moment and I'm not sure that is good news for the long term future of our sport. I broke the journey home at Sandbach and listened to the barman updating the bar on the England RU score. A depressing day in many respects.
