In all sincerity, as a Leigh fan, the chance to play Leeds this year would be brilliant.

Our attack is ok, but our defence is no where good enough for SL opposition yet.
Would be interesting to see if we have progressed from last year.

SL is very competitive and the margin between winning and losing is very small now, so that will be tough for us in the M8s.

Things are bad, but Im confident we wont be competing in the middle 8's.

Based on last year's standings Leeds need to pick up 16 points in 15 games to achieve 20 points which would have got a team in the top 8 last year! We still have to play St Helens and Warrington again and Wigan twice yet!

Argh sod it, lets go middle 8s, no chance of top 4 so a nice little tour around playing the likes of former great clubs such as Bulls, Leigh Halifax etc... may provide some good days out through the summer

Now this is my Dream fixture as I go to nearly every Batley game and I also go to Headingley when the Rhinos play
I think the only chance that the two sides will meet will be in the Challenge Cup though

As poor as Leeds have been it's hard to imagine they wouldn't still manage a minimum placing of 8th best in this current league. Given the numbers above are based on what was required in 2015 can anyone remember how much movement there was into the top four from outside after the split.

Leeds are one of only two clubs (IIRC) to have contested every Play-Offs since they were introduced in 1998 - it could be a tall order to maintain that record.
