I realise this is a stretch of the imagination, but does anyone else think the atmosphere created at Headingley last night could persuade some of those Kiwi lads to come to Leeds in years to come?

They asked Luke about playing in England but he was a little sheepish not surprising considering he has just signed for the warriors.

Indeed, one of the journalist called him a clever sod I believe when he answered the question with I already am playing in England

They already know crowds here are better. However RTS will earn nearly £400k a season with the Warriors which I think most of us will agree is nicer than playing in games with atmosphere.

I agree it's not gonna get some big star to move. It would probably have some role in decision making process along with a lot of other factors if they are already coming over and have a choice of clubs.

RTS will stay in the NRL a loooong time. He's something else that guy

I know he's a devastating kick returner, but I'd still pepper him (RTS) with high kicks. He doesn't look comfortable at all most of the time.

Does a company having a shiny new office make you want to work for them? You might look at it and think 'ooo that's nice' but your main priorities are your pay, opportunities etc.....
Headingley might just be the final piece of the jigsaw but there is an awful lot that comes first.
What could be more of a draw is how well we treat our players as a club.
