Penrith are trying to offload him to free up salary cap and allow Matt Moylan to play 6....
He would be a fantastic signing for us for a couple of years as we make the post Sinfield transition. One of the best ball in hand kickers in the game, great game manager and a super goal kicker.... Would certainly plug a number of the obvious gaps Sinfield will leave, and is a good leader in a group.

30 years old. Struggled with injuries and apparent motivation issues this year.
Penrith offered him the opportunity to move into a coaching role if he didn't want to carry on playing, but deny offering him to other clubs. He's committed himself to Penrith for 2016.
Went alright in his short spell at London without setting the world on fire.

He's a real enigma. At times he's looked as though all he has is a kicking game, at others he looks as flash as they come. He would go superbly in SL if he was motivated. I doubt he'll come over though, he wasn't the only Penrith player to be well under par this year.
