Just seen what Stevo said on sky last night about Aiton being available to play next week, surprised it's not been mentioned on here yet, anyone believe this or know anything?

Why would you risk it? Burrow was fantastic last night. It would be a huge slap in burrows face and what kind of mental state would aiton be in, let alone the physical state.
It's been good aiton but don't forget to open a local bank account for all those extra euros. Watch out for the door as you leave.

If Ward, Delaney, JJB and Achurch are all out then I can see why Leeds would risk it given that were running out of bodies |

I would chance it if at all possible, based on the fact that we have only used 16 players in the last 2 games.
If he brakes down then we are as we were.
The bench could well be the difference.

Agree! Burrow has been fantastic, but it's the defence that is really going to suffer if we have also now lost Delaney. Rather Aiton playing a part than the alternative of havig TWO unused subs. (Lilley and Walters) |

As posted on the desperate need for a hooker thread a couple of weeks ago, this https://instagram.com/p/75ND5UJIEI/ seems to strongly suggest he won't play. I think that if there is any doubt about his ability to take the field without risking further damage to his injured arm, he would be misguided to take the risk. Whilst he is still a Rhino for a few more weeks, his future lies else where and he can not and should not be expected to risk his future unless he is properly able to do so. |

This, all day - even if Aiton couldn't do a long spell it's still better than an unused Lilley again.
...And if what I've heard is correct, he will indeed play a part.  |
