There were a lot of good performances on Friday but I'd just like to mention the old silverback Kylie Leuluai...

He may be limited to playing shorter mins these days but that tackle on Masoe in the first half was one of the highlights of the match for me. Not sure I can think of another player in SL that can hit like that.

He'll almost slip away unnoticed given Sir Kev and JP leaving at the same time but what a signing he's been.

He's been superb since his return and our bench now looks the best in SL, again. Not bad for someone who didn't even count on our injury list according to some on here a few weeks ago when Leeds' season was all but over following a couple of ropey performances.

The tackle he put on LMS (think it was him) as he was about 5 metres out was brilliant, dislodged the ball when we were looking dangerous.

Only a couple of minutes after cleaning Masoe out. Masoe looked pretty bewildered after the one on him, he's so huge I think he was expecting to skitle a couple of tacklers and Kylie just hit him textbook with his shoulder and stopped him dead.

When he was in the NRL Kylie could bench press more than anyone. He did 3 reps of 220kg (which makes his Max about 230kg - 36stone or the best part of two Masoe's!!)

In with a shot of hanging around for another year? Seems unlikely given the four front towers we have signed in the last 12 months but I wouldn't be against it while singo and mulhearn develop and the lad from hudds and oz settle...

Yep count me in too... It looks like the 'old guard' are all wanting to go out on a high and treating us all to one last great hurrah!! AS I've said elsewhere we should all also enjoy this closing of a great chapter in Leeds's (perhaps not to be repeated for sometime) history.

No more Peacock, Sinfield, Kylie (and perhaps sadly JJB) after this year ...brings a tear to the eye

No doubt GH will have a fitting on field fairwell and presentation to all 3 possibly 4

I fear it will be all 4 (if JJB as serious as it looks) but JJB may end up not being confirmed until sometime next year...would be sad if so, like Senior who went out somewhat by the backdoor due to a long rehab.

On the other hand I'd be very surprised if JJB actually leaves the club no matter what, seems to be destined for a career off the field too.

I barely dare say it but, wouldn't it be nice for the legends to go out on a double (or even treble) winning season

Great servant to the club and still the hardest hitter in the team.

On top of the hard hits he runs it in hard too. Rarely, if ever, knocked back and provides very useful impact when he's on.

playing better than this season than last couple but he is fresher than a lot, he missed most of the first half of the season plus he is doing even shorter spells.
