I can see the fans view point on this re-Not another shirt etc but as it is described as an anniversary shirt i can see why it's been produced.
I like it and like many have said no-one is forced to buy one and when you see how the Club is run and invests on the pitch i certainly don't begrudge them churning out merchandise.

I partially agree, but when you purchase a replica top at the start of the season you do so because you believe this is what the players are going to wear. For children particularly I think this is more of an issue.
I don't think it's morally right to bring out a new shirt for a final.
It doesn't affect me as I haven't worn a replica shirt since 1998, but I can understand why some would feel annoyed. |
