Singleton should definitely get the start with Peacock facing a ban.
I believe it would be the first time he has faced one of the contenders as a starter without JP there. We all know about the moans about Kirke and Bailey not stepping up.....let's see what the young one can do.
Seen as he went well I would imagine Walters would stay in the 17.

Personally I think Walters and Minchella are too similar in size and strength. We need something more for one player. Shame we can not recall Foster, only one out there on loan who looks like having a future.
I hate the thought of having Kirke in, but if he isn't going to trust another big lad from the academy, then I would rather see Kirke in and Minchella take Walters spot from last week.
Other than that I would go with rhinoms suggestion.

I'd go for Walters in the centres alongside Watkins. He can't be any worse than Ward or Sutcliffe in that position.

Given the shortage of back rowers and Peacock's absence, expect to see a prop at loose forward to add some extra size from the start (either Singleton or Bailey probably)
Singleton really needs to start kicking on and dominating some collisions. Runs hard and you can't fault his effort, but you never see him scattering defenders or winning quick play the balls. He's not alone in that regard either.

Why shouldn't he?. He has a long record in the game without receiving a single ban in that time. One indiscretion that was clearly provoked, and the criteria put in front of him is one game or two. Quite right to argue his point. |

quite right.JP is not the kind of player that goes swinging without good reason and it was quite clear to everyone why he reacted as he did.the referee gave both players 10 minutes and that was the right decision and the situation was ended pretty much there and then.I can certainly see why he feels a ban is harsh. |

God the meltdown on Hudds board with comparisons between Peacock and Wardle will be funny to see.
Part of me hopes Hardaker does get a ban just so I don't have to read the faux nauseating OTT 'genuine' outrage by those who are disgusted by offensive gay insults.....but who I bet have never once said boo to a goose when they've heard a fan in the crowd shout "get up you big poof" at an opposition player, which pretty much occurs at every single game.
