| Tone of the title seems a bit giddy.
I would like to wish the best to Richard Moore and thank him for his efforts. Don't think he has been given a fair crack from the coach, but think he has stepped up admirably when called. He always showed a lot of enthusiasm, which was often missing from a lot of the players, especially this past season.
Hope he gets another super league club, as think he deserves that.

Agree with that.
Good luck to him.

| Good luck to him.
Never a favourite of our coach and IMO he deserved more game time than he got.
Certainly no world heater but always plenty of effort and although had errors in his game (who doesn't) he brought something different to our pack....an offload game.
A bit like McShane I always thought if/when he made a bad mistake it would mean he'd be dropped the week after.
I wonder if McShane will be the next to go or BJB??? All after GH was saying we were bringing no one into the club from outside (Briscoe and Aiton) and that no contracted players would be leaving. Moore gone and rumours about BJB and possibly McShane now once the signing of Aiton is announced.

| I wouldn't say he deserved any more game time than he got, but his enthusiasm and effort were there for all to see. Unfortunately though his 'offload at all costs' often put us on the back foot more often than the front.
Good luck to him though, can't fault his workrate.

| Good luck to him i'm a bit surprised it hasnt been done as part of the Aiton deal as was rumoured though.
Wonder how long before we announce Mcshane and Bjb's departures?

| I wonder if we, or any other clubs, are keeping a bit of spare cap space in case of somebody in the WC putting themselves suddenly in the shop window?
Not sure how good an idea that would be, but our leader did make a copmment I read somewhere in an article about the World Cup to the effect that there'd be great players on view and many of them would probably end up in Super League.
Quite possibly I'm putting 2 and 2 together and getting 7 though.

Not at you El Diablo, honestly. Just the comment tickled me. We have been working with spare cap space for the last four years. The release of Richard Moore isn't the reason for that.

| Maybe Yates will take Moore's "back up role".

| Good luck to him
very strong runner but has a few too many deficiencies in other areas
Didn't get much of a chance at Leeds but I'm not sure we missed out on anything

Oh, I wasn't suggesting that Moore's release would have anything to do with it. It was just that I was on this thread when it popped into my head.
It did occur to me that teams with the full salary cap committed wouldn't be able to do any impulse shopping at the end of November.
Which is not to say that this is in any way what Leeds plan to do, or that there will be anything worth buying that isn't already under contract.

Agreed.
He really was a bit of a none factor at the club for the past couple of years.used as a token gesture by the coach in low key games and for limited time.
Hope he manages to secure a deal at a SL club, i predict Bulls,Wakey or Cas will offer him a deal.

| He'll be OK at a club that won't be challenging for honours over next few seasons...
Take your pick from any club, excluding Wigan, Saints, Leeds and Warrington
