I for one am very proud of the lads tonight, you can always look back at decisions made by coaching staff, but the effort and commitment put in tonight and through what has been an injury hit season by the players selected has in my opinion been without equal. We need to now let our players have a good well earned rest, to lick our wounds and to come out fighting with all guns blazing next season. I know its hard to take, but sport is sport and we cannot win every year. I hope we sign a new hooker for next year and play more of the young guns in the key matches.

Pride in the lads tonight goes without saying but ?'s need asking when we started with 4 players clearly not fit.

Proud of the effort but as has been said,too many unfit players and it was so bemusing as to why watkins was left on and the two subs not introduced until after an hour.still,wigan got a couple of lucky tries and we still got close despite our handicaps.

A step too far this week but we were brave and didnt disgrace ourselves.i expect wire to be too strong next week as they are not busted like we were.

excuses excuses, what about strength in depth and your world beating youngsters.
