Interesting that from 2004 there is a correlation between Sinfield missing 5 or more games and Leeds not winning the GF.

In time to come he will be revered as much as Lewis Jones & John Holmes are.

I couldn't agree more
Sir Kev's name will undoubtedly be as synonymous with the Leeds Rhinos club without a doubt just as your two mentioned greats are even to this day and quite rightly too IMO |

Just because he went missing against the Aussies and New Zealand in the last World Cup doesn't necessarily mean he will go missing against them in the next World Cup. |

Graham and Roby tried hard and got stuck in. The rest went AWOL to varying degrees. Other players performances below that level absolutely stunk and that's the category in which Sinfield resided during RLWC08 - a serial stench of performances so out-of-his-depth rotten that even his most ardent admirer (Tony Smith) was forced to omit him from the Semi Final rather than prolong his continued misery. |
