| Looking @ the Warrington website over 10k Wemebley tickets sold by last Friday, does anyone know how many we have sold, think we might be slightly out numbered again down in the Capital.

| We were out numbered against Wigan in the Semi-Final but we managed perfectly well...
Didn't hear a peep out of them...

Me. Always do. I always find you get better seats. And know a lot of others who bought same way.

Me as well...always better if you order from the RFL online, because you can pick exactly where you want to sit!

| Me and a group of about 9 others bought months ago, as we always do, from the RFL.
I really don't care how many fans we have there. I really do care that it's not the 6th time I come away from watching Leeds lose a Challenge Cup Final. 1999 seems like a lifetime away.
I saw it mentioned elsewhere but I do suspect there has been some success fatigue on the part of our fan base, given that the team has reached 11 out of the last 19 major domestic finals.

| Bought 6 from Headingley but after the old lad went up and bought them he realised he could have used the RFLs website which would have saved him hassle as we usually use it

This is undoubtedly correct to a degree but doesn't tell the whole tale. On both a conscious and subconscious level, there's a feeling of fatigue with the whole product - the lack of credible competitive opponents, the average and below average displays that are still good enough to secure wins on most occasions, the deep-down feeling that it only takes one good or one half decent performance all season to reach either of the finals on offer.
Reaching a final is a bit like one of those journeys where someone has over-indulged at an all-you-can-eat binge restaurant which specialises in serving up fast utility food. There's lots of quantity on offer but very little quality. Some of it tastes ok but a lot of it tastes crap and it's mostly salt and fat. After numerous servings you end up feeling underwhelmed, fatigued, sick and bloated and wished you'd never eaten there in the first place.

Again, for at least the 4th time, why do you bother?

I said that very thing on the Wigan board, and probably on here somewhere as well. I was surprised that a Wigan fan should dispute the point.
Anyway, we were outnumbered in the semi and we'll most likely be outnumbered in the final. Nobody remembers who had the most fans...

I think what's also forgotten when talking about these things is the cost involved for our fans when compared to others. The volume of 'extra' games that our fans have to travel to compared with others is huge, and in a recession the squeeze is already on. The average cost for a season watching the Rhinos compared to that of nearly every other club in Superleague will be considerable.
