Openly admits taking illegal substance just on the eve of his book release.
Clear conscience or a vehicle to sell units? I have my thoughts.
But to use HGH is a massive risk to your health, more mental than anything. The sporting world is littered with cases, but none more so than Benoit who was an American wrestler. He was massively on HGH and other substances and it just fritters your brain away. In his tragic case he murdered his wife and child then topped himself. Not a drug to be messed with. More fool Alker.

I would imagine that one thing worse than knowing that all your achievements were down to using performance enhancing drugs would be knowing that you used performance enhancing drugs and STILL didn't achieve anything.

I suppose your meant to buy the book to find out, I agree though it's a really bad way to promote your book.
Im afraid this may cost him alot more then he may have expected, he's gone from a hard working club legend to a drug cheat in one press release.  |
