Poor game to watch, long queues on the Motorway and terrible weather. Leeds lacked ideas going forward and poor discipline and options meant we gave up a lot of possession to Salford.
Special mentions for Clarkson for bombing a try in the first half when he had support both sides and Webb's general ineptitude for the full game.
I missed the team sheet and only noticed three subs coming on, not sure who the fourth was.

It was a knockout cup game.
Performances don't really matter...it's about doing enough to get through.

Nobody will give a cr@p if Leeds get to Wembley, and actually win!

Subs were Kirke, Moore, Griffin and Smith.

We had one of those first halves when things were just that 1% off (apart from Clarkson bombing a certain try by not passing when he had support to either side), ball bouncing the wrong way etc.

Just got back from there and lets put it this way, the game was as good as the weather.

Could have been a bit scary.

Didn't know that extra time was to be played and also that it would be settled by a golden point until I heard the Leigh / Halifax result.

If it had gone to extra time and it did look possible with approx. 4 mins to go, whichever team had the wind behind them could have taken pot shots from just over the half way line.

Also, totally agree with comments regarding Brent Webb. Possibly his weakest performance in a rhinos shirt. Didn't really seem bothered and wasn't willing to put the effort in when needed. Luckily he is a big game player and seems to lift it when we need it.

It reminded me of the game at Odslum a few weeks ago, zero creativity, indisciplined, but we did just enough, but id like to credit salford with having a go, on the whole a poor game and one which i am pleased to get out of the way.

That was mild compared to the opening game against Cas

Good effort from our lot, your lot just about did enough to win stepping up the tempo in the final quarter.
