| bit of an over reaction IMO he may have thrown a couple of awful passes but also had a hand in the majority of our tries. Good on D tonight aswell.
At the end of the day he is the best optopn at the club right now and he shouldnt be dropped, someone should try and unseat him.
When webb plays well, leeds play well

| I thought him and Hardaker were poor in attack for most of the game. Webb did get involved a lot but some of his decsion making and execution was poor.
Thought McGuire, Pitts and Delaney had great games.

not at all
we should start the game with a hooker like every game so far (and tonight) we look better when burrow at 7 and sinfield at 13 smith should be at fullback next week

| Pitts reminds me of the early Carl Ablett, just quietly and efficiently gets on with his job. JJB's enforced layoff could be the break Pitts needed

I agree we should start with a hooker, although starting with burrow and bring mcshane on and then letting the two mix up who was going into dummy half also worked well.
I have to disagree about smith. he was crap last year leading to being dropped, apparently got his act together in preseason, First two rounds didnt sieze his opportunity and got injured in no small part because of one of his half-ar*ed kick returns.
BJB siezed the opportunity that arose so Smith wont get alook in on the wing.
I stand by my statement that Webb is the best option right now andis part of everything leeds do good.
Smith has to fight his way in and should not get the fullback spot on a knee jerk at a few Webb mistakes or the fact that Webb is older for that matter

| Webby is still a huge player for us and i agree when he plays well, we generally play well.
Smith doesnt deserve to be our number one, his biggest achievement in the last 18 months was kicking 11/11 in burrows testimonial, i love smith not many players can play in three consectutive gf's, in three different postions, and score in them too, but since his return from union he is very laboured, and doesnt seem to have the bit between the teeth! It is documented he has really knuckled down in pre-season which is fair play to him, but he is a squad player now, if he wants to be starting week in week out he will have to move clubs imo

| I don't think Webb should of got M.O.M imo it should of gone to Delaney or Ablett but saying that whilst i agree his distribution was off i'm not at the point where i think we should ditch him.
As for Smithy he'll get another chance at some point and at 24/5 i doubt very much that he is finished at Leeds.

I agree McGuire (again at Cas) looked far sharper and threatening tonight. Pitts is our new JJB...worked like a trooper. Glad he's got his chance.
Webb might not have been mom ....but he did play pretty well tonight IMO. Hardaker had a bit of a 'mare...but at least he seems to have learned to pass to his winger. I still have every faith in the lad though. He will come good.
Smith has no chance of gaining a place at the moment. Webb and BJB both offer far more at the moment.

spot on, Zack just needs to work on the speed of his passing, because he dosent have the offload game of watkins his descion and pass has to be executed in a split second. He cant do that at the minute but it will come with time,

| Is this thread a joke or true?
Webb was shocking with the passes. McGuire was so much better than anyone else on field.
And surely Pitts has taken Clarksons place after last night.
