With Bradford more than likely flogging season tickets for £60 again next season, Huddersfield have already announced their £50 season tickets behind the sticks (for the first 2000 purchases) and £99 elsewhere. I wonder if any other SL clubs will follow suit?

Quite, though I'm expecting a steady decline in season ticket sales and average attendances at Headingley over the next few years. Not nearly enough to warrant ever flogging 'em cheap however.

I should imagine that on-field results will influence ticket sales, so the decline may well be somewhat dependent on the goods being produced on the field. This year's form is probably not having a benficial effect on sales for next year.

The major player recruitment drive currently underway should see a positive glow returning shortly.

When/If the south stand is closed for redevelopment I will not be renewing our season tickets if there is any chance that we will end up standing on the western terrace on cold march nights.

I know my brother in law, who has had a season ticket for around 40yrs is of a similar mind, and I suspect that ther will be many more like minded south standers.

It will be very interesting to see how the powers that be manage the development or there could be a serious decline in attendances that will be very hard to reverse.
