We couldn't hack it against a side who ruthlessly attacked our soft underbelly and who were not just 1 step ahead of us, but several. This is a team that should know how to combat problems that it faces, yet we are reduced to mewling at officials for scraps. Poor performances seem to be the rule not the exception this year. Garbage.

Completely agree Jamie B. It was nice to see us get fired up in the second half at least, showed the players care. We look unstructured, poorly coached and not an idea between us. We have seen almost every one of these players produce better than they are producing now, and it's time for BMD and JL to hit the road!

Matt getting fired up in the 2nd half isn't good enough why not start fired up?
Far too many times our intensity rises when the games gone I.E big hits ,rushing to form scrums etc etc.
Surely we aren't fooled by that bollox ,they should be starting with intent and purpose not token efforts when 20pts down or another bizarre penalty is conceded when we've been battered.

The discipline just compounds the other issues. Difficult to decide if its as a result of the inability to compete or whether its just the way the squad is.

Given we've had long spells of poor discipline in previous years, I would suggest the latter. Putting aside the coaching issues, I would have hoped that the players would have collectively realised by now that they are no longer capable of winning whilst losing the penalty count.
