| Went missing yesterday IMO, if we were to beat Warrington without JP and Biffa then the kicking game had to be spot on and to be honest, it was non-existant. We seemed to panic on the last every time, I remember Webb, Diskin and Senior all doing panic kicks on the last. Ok, we nearly opened them up going for powerplays in the first 10 minutes or so, but after that it seemed like we'd played all our cards, we then concede a try from a good Briers kick (don't know where Delaney went for that), he then gets a 40 20 and they score a well worked try, from then we're on the back foot and our play was frantic and sloppy and Kev was not there as a captain to take control and realise we were 8 points down and we didn't need to panic.

| Sinfield is an outstanding human being and and a great leader, this covers his distinct lack of ability. His lack of pace which I have being championing since 2003 is evident when he really needs to step up. The bottom line is he can't, his gears wont allow it.

| As a Wire fan I was genuinely surprised that your kicking game was so poor.
Mathers wasn't really tested under the bomb yesterday - it's been a weak point all season.
I don't think you can blame Sinfield for yesterday though as there were so many areas that weren't up to the normal Leeds standard. (That's a genuine comment - not a dig).

No doubt Sinfield had an uncharacteristic 'off day'. Can anybody explain why ?? Just goes to show how much the team does depend on him in that respect. It is why we need to start looking now for a good half-back with a good kicking game to complement McGuire's other strengths. Love Burrow and his 'lion heart' in defence....but on attack ? Ughh !!

| I'm not questioning the ability of Sinfield at all normally he is a great leader and does his job as the kicker brilliantly, but yesterday when we needed him most as of the absense of JP, he went missing.

| He certainly was not at his best but he started the game in fine form and it was his efforts that put us in the position where we should have scored at least once. After that he faded out of the game and his last tackle kicking was poor. It highlights how important he is to the team. When he doesn't play we look rudderless. Having said that the front row let us down badly with a limp go forward and poor defence.

| I think he just had a mare to be honest - one of those days.
He wasn't the only one.
We have a lot of options with the boot but I would guess most clubs have a number one kicker who is better than any of ours - if they all have an off day we will struggle.
Wigan - Deacon if he's playing
Wire - Briers
Saints - maybe similar to us with lots of options
Hull - Long
Huddersfield - Brough
Hull K R - Dobson
Cas - Chase
Crusaders - Samutt?
Wakey - ???
Salford - Holdsworth
Bradford - Orford
Quins - Dorn
Catalans - Bosc, Sherwin

| Can't believe Mathers never had to take a bomb in the 1st half with the sun in his eyes. No Leeds player ever took control of the gameplan.

He did, it came off his backside and lead to Atkins try.

| I expected Senior to stand up as "co-captain" - the position that JP usually takes, but as Sinfield, he seemed to have left his sharpener at home. Although, saying that, the forced kick he ended up having to make, was one of the better last tackle kicks of the game........oh dear!.......we really were terrible weren't we!!

He did, he stood up and watched as his pish poor defence gifted 3 try's to Warrington.
Nothing different to what he has done all season. So what more did you expect?
