Congratulations to everyone at Leeds on reaching another Challenge Cup Final. With Leeds Utd playing at Watford on the same day as the final London is expecting a mini Leeds invasion!
If you're coming down for the weekend London Skolars are hosting their annual Friday Night Lights event on the eve of the final. It's Skolars final Championship 1 game of the season and the vistors are Oldham Roughyeds. The match kicks off at 6:30 pm.
Also included on the day will be a Masters Rugby League Festival and a match between the Political Animals and a BARLA Select XIII.
There will be a wide selection of food and real ales, many of the ales being supplied by a local brewery.
Skolars ground is approximately 11 miles from Wembley and can be reached on the London Underground - Wood Green Station is 15 mns from Kings Cross.
Tickets are now available priced at £12 and £6 for concessions (under 16's and OAP's) and can be purchased online at our Club Shop by visiting www.skolarsrl.com

Can I respectfully suggest,that you really need to contact the Club and get something put up on the Clubs website - I'm sure they will be very receptive,but I really do hope that your 'marketing' consists of more than merely putting a message on here.Best of luck,the Final is likely to sell out and so should you!

For those of you down in London on Friday afternoon, this game is highly recommended and the New River Stadium is not that far from Wood Green tube in North London.
Sadly, I'm only down for the day this year, but I was there a couple of years ago when the Skolars got a record crowd of over 2000.
The other great thing about a 6.30 start is that by the time the game is over, there's still plenty of time to get back in to Central London and enjoy the evening too.

The Schedule for Friday Night Lights has been released and London Skolars are pleased to announce that Political Animals president and Sky Sports Rugby League personality Mike “Stevo” Stephenson will be in attendance!
3.30pm - Masters Festival
4.30pm - Political Animals v BARLA Presidents XIII
6.30pm - London Skolars v Oldham Roughyeds, Cooperative Championship 1
Also, thanks to our sponsors at Arriva, there will be a FREE shuttle bus in operation between Wood Green tube and New River Stadium to ferry supporters to and from the game. The first bus departs at 5pm and runs every 15 minutes until the Skolars v Oldham kick off at 6.30pm. Return trips begin at 8pm and run every 15 minutes until 9.30pm.
There are a few tickets still available this year's Friday Nights Lights fixture, with Skolars online shop the quickest way of buying your tickets. It's a quick and easy, and your tickets will be sent out to you same day. See link below.
