just looking on the leeds website and i c we have got a new ref on sunday called richard hicks now my question is,do the RFL go to the clubs and ask permission to put him in place or would they just have put him in charge....plus do u have any views on it....

He's called Robert Hicks I think mate, he's reffed a few York games this year and he's pretty good (by that I mean you don't even notice he's there).
He's a fully licensed RFL referee so they can give him any game they like.

You're right.
Yeah, he normally does a lot of SL lines. If you want a preview he is doing the telly game tonight.
He also did the cup game against Blackpool so most of you won't have seen him in live action before in the middle  |
