Any news on what happened to him today? He looked mean in the warm up and made two or three tackles in the early spell by Saints. He then got carried back ten or so metres by Tony P and I didn't see him again?
Did he go into the game injured, get injured during the opening stages or did McLennan just not use him?

We had Bailey with a 15 minute stint, and ambler with a 20 minute stint, neither to be seen again. We were basically playing with a patched up half fit peacock in the front row, and Kylie who always gives his all. We were never going to match the saints in this department and that proved to be the case.

We lost Fa'asavalu after his first stint, we were playing with an ancient prop and one who works his backside off every match, with five of our first team players out injured, but we gave the best performance of our season so far by miles. We simply out-played you last night and as it turns out (because I wasn't expecting what I watched), I think we would have beaten you whether you had a fully fit, fully on form team playing or not. We played well tactically and creatively. You couldn't live with us. |

think we won't finish in the top 8?
we will end up 4th or 5th. not sure we can win it from ther but it gets boring winning it every year. lets see if saints can bottle it against somebody else for a change
