Lovely performance. Nice to see a Leeds side out muscling and controlling the opposition. No short-cuts or gimmicks, just the basics of earning and defending territory.

Gannon to start. Jenkins on the bench in place of McDonnell or Bentley. Connor in the halves for Frawley when possible, he doesn't have a pop gun boot. Much, much better today.

Chris Hill has just tackled Andy Ackers next week from that drop out he was so late…

Sounds like Croft is OK, will obviously miss next week. Edgell to full back, Connor in the halves, unless Miller is ready.

Being on he field a long time, and being effective are not the same thing. Not hugely impressed by what I’ve seen of him so far. I’d remind you that Tetevano usually did quite long stints? That didn’t go so well and Palasia is a similar shape and size I think.

The interchange was really messed up today with Croft, Smith and Frawley going off, he did well to play the extended minutes.

Holroyd was also good off the bench and I liked what I saw of Jenkins, he reminds me of Anthony Mullaly but in a good way.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, I'm not reading through 13 pages on this site but am I alone in wanting to see more variation on our 4th tackle? It's always a forward drive.

totally agree. a workhorse. might not be spectacular but he never stops in attack or defence

Over the last couple of years we've really struggled to handle any adversity and usually crumble, so despite today not being our best performance, it was really pleasing to see us tough it out. All the forwards played well. Keenan worked really hard, and Gannon and Holroyd are getting better by the day.

I thought our scrambling defence was excellent the fitness paying off
