Agree. With or without mags it's a big challenge to beat Wigan this week, but we certainly could do it.
I agree if I was in the team it smacks of fear trying to make sure mags gets banned.
We don't really have a lot to lose no one expects us to win. Clarke has written us off, the Wigan chairman saying all rugby want to see wire Wigan final, and wane would have cheesed me off.

I really miss the days when it was Leeds against St Helens in big matches - each set of fans with mutual respect for eachother and their players and, the (majority of) fans wanting eachothers teams to be at full strength when we played!
The attitude of Wigan and, to a much much lesser extent, Warrington fans is quite sad in that they wish opposition players missing when we play them.

Best case - no ban.
Worst case - 1 game (can't see 2 games been given). Will be a blow for us if he is missing. But seeing as my glass is always half full, if we can get past Wigan without him I'm sure his knee would be happy with a week off. In last 2 games he's stopped a couple of times in both games. Way off 100%, can tell he's just trying to get through the season.

Heard an interview with BMcD last night on Radio Leeds and he said it would have been very difficult for the disciplinary panel not to give 'Maggsy' a ban after Wane's comments.
