Very good performance against a fired up Wire. We are very good at grinding teams down and hitting hard in the forwards. Lumb should have scored that try but recovered well after that incident. One player who seems to escape the criticism Saturday was Ryan Hall who must have had his worse game for a long time with both their trys ultimately coming from his errors. Connor is fast becoming my favourite player alongside Mikey Lewis. Our forwards really played well and O`Connor must have made 50 tackles yesterday. Can he do that throughout the season I`m not sure. Good substitutions at the right time too. And as for Tom Grant. He has to be the worse ref officiating that I`ve seen. He absolutely clueless and again missed the blatant offside from Fitzgibbon and then disallows the try that should have been given. Thought we also did well keeping Wanes pet Williams and Sneeeeeeyd quiet.
Agree with this. Hall had a stinker, his body language showed his frustration with himself. Connor is, for me, the signing of the season, no question. Grant is utterly inept. His grasp of the rules appears tenuous at best and his reading of the game dreadful. Hull/Leigh is by far the worst refereeing performance I've ever seen. We did a superb job on their 6/7. It wasn't obvious that Williams was on the field for large parts of the game, and though we kept Sneyd quiet, unfortunately it was all to apparent that he was on the field. His incessant whinging is really tiring.

| Another enjoyable win. Pack totally dominant. And our halves completely outplayed their much lauded ones. Connor and Croft were both excellent. And Miller is fast becoming the most dangerous FB in the comp.
Love listening to BA's interviews. He's just class isn't he.
Gannon will be a loss next year, but I fear that BA will be a massive one.
And watching the pain on Wilkin's face as he admits Leeds are a good team is so satisfying....

| Another good performance, attack is looking much better, unlucky not to be 20 points up at half time. Croft finding some form and Connor just so good, BA really got him firing.
Felt bad for Jenkins missing out again but the pack are really firing, Holroyd impressing me, hes cutting out the stupid errors and penalties that he had earlier in the season, and is showing great impact off the bench.
Cam Smith also showing good impact off the bench, maybe he needed the competition from Watkins to up his game, also credit to Newman who is starting to look more dangerous again.

| When the pack is competing or even dominating the backs will always have more space to look better and do better.
Add in a coach who can work with the team he actually has and a 7 with a kicking game and we're cooking.
Would like to see Ackers and Jenkins get a try in a team doing well. I still dont think we should give Lisone another deal. One or two good games a year and an upturn in effort at contract time isn't enough for the top 2/4 team we want to get back to.

| Trebor1:I recall one or two on here saying Arthur was worse than Rohan early doors this season Indeed. There were also dire predictions of another 10 years of misery and calls for the vest majority of the squad to be sacked/ moved on.

| People still saying we've not missed Cam Smith, or was Warrington a nice reminder?

| if he stops trying to play like a 6 and concentrates on running good lines hard then he's fine. but he kills so many moves by overplaying.

| Got to disagree Tad. How many plays did he kill on Saturday? I dont think he has changed his game that much, just those around him that have and looked like a different palyer to last year. I really think he comes in for some harsh critisisim that others seem toget away with. No complaints about anyone this week other than Ryan Hall who has admitted that his hands were sewn on backwards /s

Coming off the bench suits him. Opposition pack is starting to tire after 30 mins and the expansive side of his game can be really effective in getting the ball to the edges. His pass to Lumb to get him clear down the left in the second half was a thing of beauty. I was keen that Smith should fight for his place in the team via the reserves when he first came back, but we are beyond that now. He's back, and back with a clear role to play, which is credit to Arthur and Langley.
