| Great news imo. He is still very young for a prop,21 isn't he? Or there abouts.
We all know props need more time to develop and he isn't letting anyone down atm so hopefully he will keep improving as he ages.
As I've said elsewhere I hope he is one of our four first choice props next season with Baldwinson as back up

I like Singo, like him a lot. I love his commitment and agresssive attitude going forward. I've always been a bit worried about his body shape as a prop though. He seems a bit slim in the legs, and I don't know if this is something the conditioners or physically maturing will solve. He seems to get picked up and thrown backwards in the tackle at times. Whether work on his technique and approach can solve this I don't know, but his big long legs seem to work against him at times. Would anyone consider him to be a better bet as a wider running second rower ?

| Hopefully it will happen in time and over the off season .
I'd like to see them try get him playing the ball quicker or looking for an offload Tbh rather than making big metres. With a Galloway , Garbut and even Mullaly seemingly good at making the hard yards I don't think that's a huge priority atm for him.

| A friend of mine played with Singleton in the academy and said whilst he wasn't the most talented, he worked harder than anyone. I think he'll go from strength to strength and become a top quality prop.
With Galloway, Cuthbertson, Garbutt and Mullaly brought in and Singo signing a new contract - it will be interesting to see what happens with Baldwinson and Mulhern next year

| Very Gary like to follow up the disappointing news on Ainton this week with something positive before the weekend. There seems to be a higher number of players on long term contracts than we have seen for a few years.
Who is the next player with a bright future to come off contract?

| I still have worries about whether he lacks the outright size for an elite front rower, but well done to him on securing a long term deal.

| He only signed a new four year deal at the end of last season, so this deal is a pay rise and an extra year for him. Good news for us though.

| He seems an intelligent player who spots poorly positioned defenders well and who can run some clever angles. He'll go ok IMO.

| Great news. He scores a decent amount of try's for a prop. Long may it continue. He's learning off the best in JP and Kylie.

I agree. It still maybe 3/4 years until we start to see the very best of him.He will fill out more too i Am sure. glad the club are sticking with him as he is showing improvment year on year.

| I like his attitude, every forward should run it in, like him. His physical development does seem slow, though. He's a couple of stone too light to, me.
