Was it the Rugby Gods who kept Wigan from being relegated a few years ago, or was it the systematic cheating of the salary cap? Is such "cheating" more or less serious than pulling a player back off the ball, an act that I have no doubt you (and any other player) will have committed a fair fews times during your Rugby career? Your Wigan bias is to be expected, and is in some ways understandable if deeply unprofessional. But stating that serious injury to a professional Rugby League player is somehow "justified" or a fair judgement from the "Gods" is absolutely reprehensible and you should fully retract and apologise."
