The black on black is a tough one how do you take them seriously when they treat each other so badly. It starts with the way black men treat black women - so many one parent families. Perhaps its a case of getting your own house in order first?

'It's not that simple'. That sums it up. It isn't simple. Essentially, we're asking a generation of people who have only just about comprehended gay marriage to comprehend transgender people and gender identity. It's not going to happen overnight so patience is needed. But that works both ways, I'm sure people wouldn't be so quick to accuse people of transpobia if they didn't say things like 'a man in a dress is not a woman', or 'I identity as an attack helicopter, does that mean I'm an attack helicopter?'. It isn't that simple.

Minority communities face many issues, and those issues won't go away even if we end racism, but whilst you may say 'get your own house in order', you could say the same thing about racism within the white community towards minorities. I can't do much about most of the problems that effect minority communities, but I can help to get rid of racism from within my own community.

So are you saying black on black murder is a fallacy - there are a disproportionate number of single parent families within the black community? Not a lot that the rest of society can do about such ingrained behaviour - its a chicken and egg?

There will always be systematic biases in any society - more attractive females get far more attention, same goes for attractive men. So what do you do - there are far more black athletes in elite level mainstream american sport - so do you positively discriminate for whites to even up the numbers? Or do we actually accept that somewhere down the line talent/ability/intellect plays a part?

Taking a best-case view of what you're posting, I don't think you even know what you're arguing about any more - it's more like you just don't like this because it requires a bit of introspection and empathy and those are things you seem to struggle with.

I employ nearly 300 - it was more prior to Covid - I understand people otherwise I wouldn't have a business that have survived so long. Unlike you in your little financial bubble I have to deal with everyone from the customer facing operatives to directors. The people I respect the most are those that respect themselves and what they believe in. This is irrespective of their role in the company. It has nothing to do with colour religion etc. All those people have different skill sets and abilities - most drivers couldn't be accountants and visa versa - the sooner we all accept that we possess different skills and that will often determine our position in society the better we will be as a whole. I could be a creative, I couldn't be a sportsman, I couldn't run a large PLC - I simply don't have the skills set and I suspect neither could you or 99% of the population.

What I don't respect is the likes of you who talk the talk but don't walk the walk - I also don't have much truck with a bunch of black people dressed in uniforms trying to take over Brixton on Sunday. You might think that is OK and you are entitled to that opinion - but you jumping on a woke message doesn't make it right - it makes you a lemming.
