There should be no such thing as a "squad player". Teams should only be picked on form, and every member of the squad is a part of that pool of players to determine form.

With Moore, I always saw a player playing his own game. He'd pop up on the wing when we wanted someone in the middle, turn and look for an offload when we wanted a quik PTB....and who knows where that offload might go.....
