Achurch has been a poor signing overall, injury prone and never been able to force his way into side when fit, and when he has got an extended run never done much, odd good moment against weaker sides.

Don't see the point in playing him over younger prospects who deserve a chance instead, Achurvh off contract at end of year and just does not offer enough for another one.

Its hard to blame him if his alternative is a massive pay cut. That's why sides sometimes end up subsidising players they get rid of. Garbutt was being paid in large part by the Broncos last year.

First half thoughts:
2 bits of lazy defensive switch offs have cost us
Still not clicking in attack and seem to reverting to a 'lets just give it to Watkins' type play too much
How did Walters not score!
Hot and cold kicking game but some good touches especially from sutcliffe
Goal kicking looked very convincing (Hallelujah!)
Lets hope we can go up a gear or 2 in the 2nd half
