As someone who has seen a fair bit of the Bulls this season my take on Potter is that he's part of the problem. They seem to be doing the same things every week and you see no signs that he is trying to change anything. It gets frustrating to watch as the personnel they have is in reality good enough to be between 6-10.

In that case why did he take it the job knowing the rubbish that was signed and sealed? He must have asked the question if deals were already done....He shold of thought 'ey up if I dont make something good of the rubbish that they have already signed my career could seriously be in tatters.'
Good on him if he wanted to take that challenge but it was always going to come at a risk.

They appear to have fallen a long way fast! They are by no means out of a possible top 8 spot on paper but from when I have seen them they have looked poor and I think without points deductions this year to two teams would be bottom or very close

Some very impressive results coming from the junior grades at Leeds at the moment, the 15s, 16s and 18s all having successful starts to their seasons.

Yup. I went to the Featherstone match last week though, and they were very complacent individuals.

That said though, the number 8 (I think Smith), was as good as any prop forward I have ever seen at that level.

Daniel Smith, nicked from under the noses of Cas - literally, given he's from Lock Lane.

Think he's related to Tony "Casper" Smith as well.

I don't want it to sound negative, because I am not meaning to, But he is exactly like a Danny Sculthorpe when he was good. A good ball handling prop.

Hopefully he will have a much better attitude than Sculthorpe and therfore make a success of his ability, because let's be honest Danny Sculthorpe could quite easily have been a world beater.

Unfortunately he had an older brother called Paul, and was always going to get p1ssed off with the inevitable, and usually negative comparisons.
