I have to say Briers had every right to point out that Sinfield was taking the kick nearer than he should be.
I also noticed that when a couple Warrington players fell to their knees/ haunches on the final hooter he ran over to them and forced them to stand, an element of is captaincy you might admire

Not sure what the problem for with Briers is, he makes me laugh and plays the pantomime villain pretty well.
He is also a fine player with an exceptional kicking game, his tackling is a little suspect though.

I agree.
Maybe not now, but about three years back if I'd've been the coach of GB then Briers' name would've been the first one down on the team sheet. |
