| Am I the only person who liked the Irish band? I go all nostalgic over the songs from the folk clubs my mummy and daddy used to take me to when I was a kitten. It used to REALLY annoy Grim when I used to sing them in the car on the way home so that's a plus.
Yeah, I'm sad and to confirm, the band hasn't in the Long Bar since the Tony Smith era.

I liked them the first time I heard them, "Dirty Old Town" started to irritate on the 140th hearing though.
I've just realised its probably two or maybe three seasons since I went in there now - how much is it for a bottle of lager these days, must be, oooh, £12 is it ?

Haven’t see them Irish fellas in there for some time now, in fact these days it’s mainly Barrie Mc taking e p*ss out of the MoM.
But it’s somewhere to warm your cockles after a chilly one on the terraces.
Not quite £12 a bottle yet but I did order a pint of cider once and it cost over £6 - true story.
