I think im just trying to be realistic about the result, Cas seem on an upward trend and we just seem shot of confidence.

What does this post even mean? Social media (sadly) is now prevelant across society, especially the age of our current playing group. You can bet your life they look, and it must have an impact. Hopefully they disregard some of the idiotic vitriol and focus on delivering a performance. God knows we need one.

The squad for this game is relatively strong. Anything other than a comprehensive win and a respectable score would be a complete disaster. I am tired of lame excuses for this seasons debacle. It’s time some of the team put in a decent performance, especially Newman.

I don’t think the social media stuff put us in the hole but I’m pretty sure it can make it harder to climb out of it.

i do not agree with the abuse , but it comes from poor performances , a lack of effort , bad coaching and a delusional hierarchy . Sometimes people think that nothing is going to change without voicing their disapproval , unfortunately there will always be idiots that go too far .

Agree it`s about time Prince Harry started to show his worth and with that squad named we should win this by plenty.
A narrow win or dread to think of it a loss is a disaster imo and shows the players have lost faith with the coach.

That's clearly not what Chris said. The SM stuff, and the vitriol at the games, is much, much more than people having an opinion. Players and coaching staff are human. It's bound to have an effect on them. Oh, and you don't need to "like" your own posts. It's taken as read that you agree with yourself.
