I get more disspointed losing real good potential youngsters than I do losing established first teamers. The long term loss can be real huge.

It appears that Leeds no longer have the money or appeal to tempt these young players.

I know of a young lad who was highly sought after, surname of French. Wanted by Leeds, Cas, Wakey, Huddersfield, Bradford. He's a leeds lad and fan aswell, but chose to go to Cas instead. Just said he felt the set up at Cas was better for development. Strangely he also made what I thought was a ridiculous point that a lot of youngsters are put off going to Leeds due to getting to Kirkstall for training.

The club were very quick to heap plenty of praise on the u15/16's and yet how come they haven't signed the cream of the crop?
