It showed tonight how much we need to improve to become a top four team, the players we have do not look good enough to bridge the gap from where we are at present to challenge for honours , hope I am wrong,

Well, you have my support for the play offs. The thought of saints, wire, cas or wigan being downed by Salford is a pleasing one.

I don’t see everything as black and white, there's myriad shades of grey between great and terrible.

We have secured SL status which was in the balance a few months ago, I can see some signs of improvement and I think with a signing or two we will be in the too 5 next season, we can then build towards the season after for a real shot at silverware.

I don’t mind losing if the team gives effort, for a large majority of the first half of the season that wasn’t the case, and thankfully that has changed

Thanks most people are good or fair but there are some at every club that just can't give ANY credit whatsoever. We will certainly give it a good go and won't be scared by anyone well unless your me, I see Wigan as the tough one and if they don't win it this year they walk it next with Jacko.

Saw exactly the same at Odsal in 2015. They were letting off flares and when the stewards, who were mainly elderly gentlemen, moved in they were threatened by some absolute scratters! Seemed to be a bunch from the same family. The young ones would set off the flares and the brain-dead "grown-ups" would threaten the stewards trying to deal with them. Trash!

Last night Salford fans were infiltrated by a large group of Man Utd fans who jump on the success bandwagon.The Utd fans starved of success are swelling Salfords crowd at the moment.With the amount of money Leeds have compared to Salford who are the lowest funded team in S.L.

I wouldnt hold your breath, we'r a poor team with a terrible mentality, more likely to be thinking about where there going on there holidays than beating warrington.

Also if you were in doubt who was experienced between Hurrell and Newman, you certainly wouldn’t say Hurrell, so not sure how Newman is picked out for critisism. What other youngsters let us down? It was the rest of bang average ones that let us down, and mainly our pivots.

For the umpteenth time Agar has criticised our end of set plays. Myler has been involved in too many of them.

He is rubbish with them. Always seems to make panic decision.

Said it all season, Hurrell makes too many stupid, basic errors, in possession, in our own half.

Like Trebor says, without actually naming him, Agars consistently criticised Mylers contributions since he took over, id be shocked if he's still here nxt season.

You also took a sly dig at our fanbase and had a pop at Hastings leaving and Salford "crawling back under their rock". So I think there's a fair chance a Salford fan will take umbrance at that old bean.



The thing is it's pretty easy to support a team who's used to winning trophies that has a large fan base and it's feckin hard to watch a team that others love to mock for lack of success, small fan base etc etc. For some reason fans of the "big 4" hate the minnows pi$$ing in their pool and a large majority tend to show that by belittling those achievements. Fair play to a few on here though who have recognised what Watson has done at Salford on a shoestring and have taken the defeat magnanimously.

FWIW all our fans were disgusted at the tw*t that lit the flare and as he was getting frogmarched out of the ground I was one of those suggesting the stewards should feel free to give him a bit of a kicking. Last night was a massive game for us and a few nuggets jumped on the bandwagon. It happened in the Salford City-Leeds Utd match as well the other week, unfortunately big games bring out w*nkers and hopefully he'll have the book thrown at him.

Anyways, would be good to see a strong Leeds team at the AJ Bell next season as we could always do with you bringing more than the 400-500 or so away fans that turned up a few weeks ago....
