One of the reasons I read your forum and occasionally post on it is that many of your fans seem to be quite even-handed and extremely knowledgable about the game. So I suppose when something is blatantly biased it gets the odd comment.

Saturday's game was a great game of rugby that could have gone either way. It was by far the most intense game over the week end and I suppose the other teams now know what standards they need to attain if they are to have any chance of success in October.

The smart money must be on Wigan v Leeds in Challenge Cup and Super League GF. mind you lots can happen between now and then.

My hope is that Leeds continue to run JP into the ground in what are essentially meaningless games. Surely you could do with spelling him?

As for references to the RFL's disciplinary panels reactions to the match we've seen many "conspiracy theories" from across the SL over the years about their Leeds bias.
I'll also remind our visitors of the reactions from their own lot when McGuire did his knee ,Ali pushed the posts when Richards missed the penalty and anytime Bailey goes near a Pie player!!
I hope this intensity carries over when ever we meet then we can see how restrained they are when their players get plenty back.

Well there is the equivalent report from a Wigan perspective.

I quite enjoyed the bit where "...Rhinos half-back as he shoulder-charged him in the back back several seconds after the ball had been passed". That's two steps taken by Dudson, which at that measure of speed makes "several seconds" if equal to 4 seconds would make Dudson's speed something like 1/4 of average walking pace for a 6"3' person.

That's a gentle nudge or it's the author clearly making false statements to further bias the article and demonise Wigan.

I like that the Wigan fans are welcome to make comments and criticisms on this forum. It makes for a better forum. Certainly better than a heavily censored forum where any criticism from opposition fans is censored and posters banned.
