Thie left hand side defence in this game has been poor

That’s the issue I have with Handley in the Centre, I don’t think he speaks or numbers up at all. He has a tendency to shoot, and isn’t connected to his winger.

Leigh are a very good attacking side, weve just put shy of 50 on them with some great attacking rugby, no need to be overly negative thos was a really tricky fixture 

This defence is pathetic, we will win it, but really poor defensivley, and takes a bit of the gloss off the result, some really poor individual efforts

Let’s see what BA thought of conceding 6 tries at home.

Which can be fixed up. we need to be winning games against the teams around us and we've done that with some great attacking rugby

I agree, but it was an entertaining game which weve come out on too of with some attacking play i haven’t seen at headingley for a long while, that win was an important one Nd we got the job done

Brad will doubtless want a response to some of the crap defence though. Mind, it's always far better to be seeking improvement following a win than a loss.

An entertaining game tonight. Some great tries by both teams, but also some woeful defence. 
Why does Newman look to cause trouble every week?
I think him and handley are 2 of the worst centres in the league. We defo need an upgrade. Wouldn’t renew Newmans contract after next year. 
Not sure why Jenkins doesn’t / didn’t get more minutes tonight. 
Something to build on after last weeks shambles anyway. 
Will have to see a big improvement to beat both Wigan and KR. Can’t see anything both those 2 in the GF 
Thought CM was average again. 
Watkins is pure class, and that dummy. 

Always nice to come away from a game with the points and having been thoroughly entertained. Yes, some of the defence was woeful, but let's.give credit to a very good attacking Leigh side who never went away. A great attitude to have. Plenty to work on, but as has been said,  always better to work on stuff after a win. Oh, and how good is Connor proving to be. Absolutely superb again tonight.
