Saints palying busted and form is patchy at best. If we want to put a proper marker down and send out a signal to the rest of the league we need to blow them away. I think we should win by 3 to 4 clear scores. Sky Bet flatters Saints by only giving them 2pts start.

It would be nice, but history tells us that a big win would be very unlikely. Our win ratio even in our golden gen pomp was poor, and our biggest ever margin away at Saints was by 25 points in 2015. Their form might be patchy by their standards, but they are still 5th and the team that will take the field for them will be far richer in GF, Origin and international experience than our own, even when you consider Hall and Watkins. I think we are legitimate favourites going into the game for the 1st time in over a decade, but I'll settle for a win even if its by a point.

Yep, we'll be favourites and they're in a bit of a mess at the minute.
But that never guarantees a win.
They'll be up for it against us given the history.
We need to be bang up for it from the start.
Presume we'll go big on the bench again to try and dominate in the pack and wear them down.
Then hopefully Connor, Croft and Miller can capitalise.
Will be interesting to see what BA does with Ackers and O'Connor.

If we can back up our performance against Wire then I'm reasonably confident. The team largely all fired at the right time and a repeat tomorrow night means we should have too much for them as the game wears on. 

Id be tempted to swap Bentley for Jenkins, Bentley didnt get many minutes last week, but id rather have another big body on the bench.


Watkins could always move to 2nd row if any issues

I guess it's fair enough given how they're playing.
BA is certainly loyal to players if the team are performing.
Shame for Jenkins because I think he's been really good. He's missing out because of Watkins coming in.
Probably needs an injury in the 3/4's for ECW to get a shot.
And Ackers coming back from an injury, so minutes in the reserves is a good idea.
Looking forward to it - and I haven't said that about a trip to Saints for many years....
