Normal refereeing services to be resumed on Saturday as Mr Kendall takes charge.
The Leeds players need to be into him early doors and if necessary Brad Arthur needs to be waiting for him in the tunnel at half time if he doesn’t like the decisions out on the field. There’s no point in being passive throughout the game and then suggesting certain decisions could have gone our way afterwards. Mike Mcmeeken will be trying to ref the game from the word go. Every time the ref is surrounded by Wakey players we need a presence in and around as well. And this is everything I hate about the modern game and the lack of respect that referee's seem to have these days. It needs stamping out, in the ref's face, waving arms asking for penalties and laying down after tackle if you think you deserve a penalty. penalties should go against the arm wavers, shouters and des. Players would soon get the message and to add to this, they should start calling the ref Sir again, like they used to. I agree entirely. But the problem is that it ain’t gonna happen. I don’t want to see my team disadvantaged by playing fairly when the officials are being coached and manipulated by opposition players. That is a surefire way to lose more games than you should be doing. Something that has become more prevalent and should be stamped on by the weak refs is players coaching the ref to watch certain opposition players and there supposed offences. More and more I am hearing refs replying to players moaning by saying “I’ll keep an eye on that” or “I’ll have a look next time”. Eh ! Who’s reffing the game for Gods sake ? Certain teams and certain players are sowing the seeds in the refs mind to unfairly focus on opposition players and their supposed offences. Refs are just going along with it. The only reply to players coaching a ref should be “go away l’m the ref” rather than agreeing to target certain players for extra scrutiny. All of the problems on field are the ref’s and governing body’s fault. They obviously aren’t going to sort it so why disadvantage yourself by meekly hanging back and not having your say ? You must never have seen a certain Mr Sinfield refereeing?

How many players did you want to chin that you had dialogue with Tad? I got punched twice. not nice.I actually had a good rapport with most players though to be fair. the two worst high level ones were paul Robinson and enni eluko. foul mouthed, horrible, vile individuals. in elukos case even her team mates despised her.as for me wanting to punch players just 2. got on really well off the pitch with them but on it? horrible people. both played for wetherby who are a good club to be fair

Something has to give then as he tends to be the same with our 50/50`s,As long as Grant isn`t the VR I should get to Wakefield Sports Club in time for 7.30pm.
I don't quite know how to break this to you, but....

| Tough game today, Wakey a decent side with good attacking flair. Beat us fair and square in round 1, like to think we are a better side since then, big fear for me is they have more pace in outside backs and will look to get around us. We must take our opportunities early on missed too many try scoring opportunities last few weeks.
Chance to win a rare 4 games in row and stay in 3rd. A loss Wakey leapfrog us and we are down to 5th.

| Agree. We need to dominate the ruck and make sure that anything that does go wide does so from a standing start. We don't need to hold down, just turn their carriers around or over. And don't get drawn into a mindset where we're trying to avenge a rd 1 defeat right from the word go.

| Let’s hope the kick chase is as good as last week. It’s something that has been poor even under B.A, and last week was the first time we looked intent on competing strongly for every kick. I’d also like to see more support pushing through when someone makes a break, another area we’ve been poor at under B.A. I’d expect to see Bentley back in the 17 for today based on Arthur’s post match interview last week, but not sure who he’ll be resting this week.

Maybe McDonnell rested this week?Looks like the writing`s on the wall for Frawley who I reckon we are trying to push out now. Not interested in Hastings coming in though.

| Much better first half than last 2 games, still too many errors, think we should have had at least one other try.
Keep our heads on the game and should be comfortable, expect Wakey will come back into the game at some point.

| The loss of Miller is significant. I wouldn’t have moved Connor out of the front line, I’d have put Lumb to Fullback, Handley on the wing and Watkins in the Centre. Could have also put Handley at fullback too I suppose.
