Would Brad settle for signing one of his lads if he felt he could do better? Doesn't strike me as the sort that would.
Exactly that. As a coach he knows the crucial importance of having the strongest possible squad. Chucking away a quota spot away on of his sons, neither who have yet made a serious dent in the NRL would look like a desperate act of nepotism from the club on Brad's behalf. Can you imagine how that might sit with the players? I know the likes of Cleary and Lam play for their dad's but in both cases are they undisputably the must important player in the side. It's certainly not out of the question that one, or both of his lads end up in the UK at some point, but that doesn't mean it should be at Leeds.

| I actually think there's more chance Arthur will head to Newcastle than Perth.
Either way, he will leave the Rhinos by the end of 2025.

| Matt Frawley didn't make the 21 man squad for Wakey. Must be really tough for him and I wonder whether he's nearing the point where he'll need to go out on loan or leave to try and secure a club for next year.

He’s not been good enough, played poorly, he’s out of contract end of year and will be gone end of year if not sooner.

| Be great of ECW turns out to be a diamond, but its always handy to have the ability to create a spot for someone special who 'becomes available', or more likely to get cover in for a season ending injury to a key player...

| ECW,Frawley and Lisone all need to go.
The question is can we replace them with better? Especially in the case of Lisone and Frawley.

| Frawley should be replaced by an NRL 9. We have Croft, Connor and Sinfield at HB.
I'd like to get a good look at ECW. He's the quickest at the club and looks like he knows how to finish. Could be a real asset. But yes, Sivo will replace him next year.
Lisone is clearly playing for a new contract. Based on Saturday he is a really useful impact prop. But he needs consistency.
The biggest recruitment issue for next year is the coach.

| Think BA being here has been a factor in Sivo Paliasia Jenkins and ECW being here, and how many would be keen on staying if he goes is also a factor.
