Lol don't get me wrong don't think he's good enough for the Prem, but he was all over the pitch for Coventry, he was easily their best player, was involved in everything and was terrorising Sunderland defenders at times.

I read an article that Brighton wanted to keep him, not just for what he brings on the pitch, but also what he brings off it in setting standards. From what Ive seen and heard, Joshua Guilavogui was a big addition to the squad in a similar way. We'd get more games out of Milner. And if it's a choice between him and Phillips (I know it's not that simple), I'd have Milner.

Kelleher and Tsimikas would be brilliant additions. Would be great business to get them both for £40m, but would show our intentions. Especially if we can offset some of the cost by selling players like Messlier, Harrison and Wober

There's a huge amount of talk on Mcatee at the moment, he was left out of cup final squad also which is final nail for him... huge talent, apparently we're a genuine option for him but there's lots of interest.. he's a Yorks lad i believe too.. didn't he come through Sheff U academy..? Either way it's exactly the sort of signing we need, very very talented, and if we went down god forbid he'd be a huge asset to sell or keep...  would be great if we can get it done.. he's only 1 year left on his deal too. Forrest struck gold with Gibbs-White, someone of Mcatee's calibre would be ideal  

This will be a great occasion.. great fixture. A local pub to me are doing a trip to it.

He's from Salford, his family has strong RL links, I think his dad played professionally at some point. 

Ah ok mate. Interesting one to watch though, Micah Richards rates him very highly but thinks he will leave.. 

He'll leave, but they'll be strong competition, it will be a real coup if we manage to get him.


I've heard Tsmickas from Liverpool is likely to get done, though.
