Looked decent against saints, took both his tries well, didn’t see him foot a foot wrong all game. We aren’t gonna bring in a top class winger when Tom briscoe is still contracted and we are spending big elsewhere but we need wing cover so what would your suggestion be for good but cheap winger?

Broadbent Tindal Edwards Hall can all cover the wing posistion.I dont want a squad filler i would rather wait until Bricoe is off contract and sign a good winger.

Agreed, theres no point in having an Academy if your going to sign squad fillers when you'v got a player like Tindall waiting for a go. He's got some issues dealing with kicks to clean up, like just about every young winger, but his dynamic running ability, pace and understanding of the yardage game is a rare combination to find in a young wing. We cant block these young lads pathway with squad fillers. Quality players, backed up then replaced by quality youth, with a top class signing or 2 where needed.

Agreed, although I'm far from convinced that the club are going to move on Luke Briscoe at the end of the year. If he does stay it would send a very negative message to the young lads.

I still expect a Kyle Feldt or Black Ferguson to be signed.
