Thinking that your postcode should, in some way, restrict which team you support is borderline xenophobia and I pretty sure the OP had his tongue in cheek when starting this thread but there are genuinely those who believe that where you live should determine the team you support.

It's about where you were born OR bred.

However, if I moved to somewhere out of reach of my roots, I would try to support the team there. I am, after all, a massive RL fan, as much as a fan of my club.

Oh, BTW, I think Leeds generate the best match day experience going and fully understand why they attract fans from outside their normal catchment.

Bately! Is that the how you pronounce it now? I was brought up in L6 (Far Headinglee of course) but after 25 years moved to HG3 (Harrogarte` as we call it) with a few years in the Knaresbaroo area before enjoying the sunshine in Alicanteee!
